THE FOUNDING PARTNERS

Lee Moore, Neal Pendergraft and Joseph Reece are the founding partners of RMP LLP. Together, these attorneys possess more than fifty years of tax, transactional, and trust and estate planning experience.

Over the years, Lee and Joseph have developed a sophisticated estate planning practice which serves as the foundation and nexus of the firm. In addition, Joseph has led the refinement of the RMP acquisition, business, tax, and real estate transaction practices. Neal is Of Counsel to the firm and brings his years of experience and community involvement to the firm in an advisory role. The founders have continually added attorneys with needed expertise to accommodate the client demands of the expanding practice. An example of this growth is the addition in 2016 of Paul McNeill, who brings his thirty-five years of litigation experience to RMP and its clients.
