ALEX G. MILLER, with Reece Moore Pendergraft LLP in Fayetteville, Arkansas focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning; business planning and transactions; and IRS and state tax disputes. He is admitted to practice in Arkansas and the United States Tax Court. Mr. Miller is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association; the Benton County Bar Association and the Washington County Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree from Arkansas State University, his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of San Diego and his J.D. degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Mr. Miller has been selected for Northwest Business Journal‘s Top 40 Under 40.
COLLIER MOORE is a partner with Reece Moore Pendergraft LLP, where he has a focused practice in the areas of long-term care planning/asset protection; estate planning; special Needs planning; and guardianship. He earned his degree in Accounting, magna cum laude, from Ouachita Baptist University. He completed his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville. Mr. Moore earned his Master of Laws in Tax from the University of Missouri in Kansas City. He completed his Masters of Laws in Elder Law, with distinction, from Stetson University College of Law in Tampa Bay, Florida, one of the nation’s premiere programs for Elder Law and Special Needs Planning. Mr. Moore has also received the designation as a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation, an ABA accredited organization. He is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Academy of Special Needs Planners, the Arkansas Bar Association (Elder Law section), as well as ElderCounsel.
JOHN P. NEIHOUSE, with the firm of Reece Moore Pendergraft LLP, practices in the areas of trusts, estate planning and probate; tax-exempt organizations and charitable giving; taxation law and tax planning; and IRS and state tax collections and litigation. He is admitted to the bars of Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas (inactive) and the U.S. tax Court. Mr. Neihouse is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas. He earned his B.S. degree in accounting from Arkansas Tech University; his LL.M. in Taxation from Southern Methodist University and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
JOSEPH D. REECE is a partner with the Fayetteville law firm of Reece Moore Pendergraft LLP, where his practice is focused in the areas of estate planning, business and individual taxation, trust and estate administration, probate and business planning. Mr. Reece serves various charitable and educational institutions, including membership on the Board of Trustees of the University of the Ozarks, the Alumni Advisory Board of the University of the Ozarks, the Board of Arkansas Athletes Outreach and as general counsel for the Board of Directors of Quality Life Associates, Inc. He earned his B.S. degree in accounting from the University of the Ozarks, his J.D. degree from Walter F. George School of Law and his LL.M. degree in estate planning from the Phillip G. Heckerling Institute at the University of Miami School of Law.
